She then came back and said 'We will make an exception this time but next time bring the credit card you made the reservation with.' I politely said, 'don't worry, there won't be a next time. She said 'can I show this to my manager?' I agreed and off with my phone she went. For close to 15 minutes I argued with her, explaining I only have one AMEX card, I even brought up my AMEX app on my phone, showing her the FULLY PAID CHARGE for the room to Thunder Valley. She said 'no, I need the AMEX card ending in XXXX'.
